These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) govern your use of Twixmedia (“Twixmedia”, “we”, “us”, “our”) and all related products and services (“Services”).

By accessing or using Twixmedia, you (“User”, “Publisher”, or “You”) agree to be bound by this Agreement.

If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services immediately.

This Agreement is the complete and only agreement between You and Twixmedia. Twixmedia may update these Terms at any time. You are responsible for periodically reviewing them.

1. Eligibility to Use Twixmedia

You represent and warrant that:

  1. You are at least 18 years old.
  2. You can enter into a legally binding contract.
  3. Your business is legally compliant in all jurisdictions where you operate.
  4. You are not a competitor of Twixmedia and will not use Twixmedia to gather competitive intelligence.

2. Services Provided by Twixmedia

Twixmedia provides access to monetisation tools including (but not limited to):

  1. Survey integrations
  2. Offerwall tasks and CPA offers
  3. Reward-based activities
  4. Game integrations

Twixmedia may modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service at any time, with or without notice.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the Twixmedia website—including text, graphics, logos, software, and system architecture—is owned by Twixmedia or its third-party partners.

You may not copy, modify, redistribute, or otherwise use Twixmedia intellectual property without written permission.

All other trademarks belong to their respective owners.

4. Registration & User Information

When creating an account, you agree that:

  1. All information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
  2. You will keep your account information updated.
  3. You have not previously been banned from Twixmedia.
  4. You will provide identity verification if requested.

Twixmedia may suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or incomplete information.

5. Account Security

You are solely responsible for:

  1. Keeping your login credentials confidential
  2. All activity under your account
  3. Any actions performed by agents or employees using your account

Twixmedia is not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized access to your account.

You must notify Twixmedia immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

6. Data & Storage

Users are responsible for all data transmitted through Twixmedia.

  1. Twixmedia is not responsible for lost or unrecoverable data.
  2. Twixmedia may contact you via email regarding important updates, legal notices, or account information.
  3. Twixmedia will delete your data upon account termination, but may retain archived copies as required by law or for fraud investigation.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from:

Fraud & Abuse

  1. Completing your own surveys, offers, or tasks
  2. Encouraging fake survey completions or false information
  3. Generating artificial traffic via bots, scripts, VPNs, proxies, or incentives
  4. Creating multiple accounts
  5. Manipulating tracking, traffic, or payout systems
  6. Circumventing offerwall rules or advertiser terms

Content & Conduct

  1. Uploading or promoting illegal, harmful, violent, or obscene content
  2. Engaging in harassment, threats, or defamation
  3. Violating copyright, trademarks, or intellectual property rights
  4. Engaging in hate speech, discrimination, or exploitation
  5. Harmful activities like phishing, malware, spamming, or DDoS attacks

Any violation may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all unpaid earnings.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use Twixmedia to:

  1. Promote terrorism, violence, or unlawful acts
  2. Harm minors in any form
  3. Participate in any gambling, weapons sales, or other restricted activities
  4. Interfere with Twixmedia systems or attempt unauthorized access
  5. Overload, disrupt, or degrade Twixmedia infrastructure

Twixmedia will cooperate with law enforcement where required.

9. Copyright & DMCA Compliance

Twixmedia respects the intellectual property rights of others.

If you believe your content has been used without authorization, you may contact the Twixmedia Copyright Agent with evidence.

Twixmedia may remove infringing content and terminate repeat offenders.

10. No Warranty

Twixmedia is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee:

  1. Continuous or error-free service
  2. Accuracy of reporting
  3. Reliability or availability of advertiser offers
  4. Earnings outcomes or traffic results

You use Twixmedia entirely at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

Twixmedia is not liable for:

  1. Loss of earnings
  2. Business interruption
  3. Data loss
  4. Unauthorized access
  5. System downtime
  6. Third-party actions

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with Twixmedia is to stop using the Service.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Twixmedia, its employees, officers, and partners from:

  1. Legal claims
  2. Damages
  3. Losses
  4. Costs and attorney fees

arising from your use of the Services or violation of this Agreement.

13. Modifications

Twixmedia may modify:

  1. These Terms
  2. Fees or payouts
  3. Features or service offerings

at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

14. Termination

Twixmedia may suspend or terminate your account immediately if:

  1. You violate these Terms
  2. You provide false information
  3. Your activities risk legal liability
  4. Fraud or abuse is detected

Terminated users forfeit unpaid earnings. Twixmedia may delete your data without notice.

Sections on Liability, Indemnity, and Data will survive termination.

15. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of:

State of New York, USA

All disputes will be handled in courts located in Queens County, New York.

16. Independent Relationship

You and Twixmedia are independent contractors.

Nothing in this Agreement creates a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship.

You are responsible for paying taxes on your earnings.

17. Anti-Spam Policy

Twixmedia does not permit:

  1. Spamming to generate traffic
  2. Unsolicited emails
  3. Fake promotions or deceptive advertising

Users must comply with local and international anti-spam laws.

18. Miscellaneous

  1. You may not assign this Agreement to another party.
  2. Twixmedia is not liable for delays caused by events outside its control.
  3. If any clause is unenforceable, the remainder still applies.
  4. Failure to enforce a provision does not waive Twixmedia’ rights.
